Concours d’art oratoire is an annual public speaking event for students from grades 1 to 12 who are studying French as a second-language in Saskatchewan and across the country.
Up to two scholarships of $1,500 are available for French Second Language (FSL) students entering their first year of a post-secondary program in the French language.
